Yesterday, CNH approved and published the following amendments to the templates of the Bidding Guidelines CNH-R03-L02/2018:
- The Format CNH 1- Record’s Documents now specifies the relevant information to demonstrate the experience, as well as the technical and execution capabilities established in the prequalification criteria, and
- Includes two new templates: CNH 10 to prove the Technical Experience of the Personal Proposed, and CNH 11 to demonstrate the Experience in the Execution and Operation of the Management System for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection.
Besides, the deadline for clarification about
Prequalification and Bidders composition was reduced to June 26, 2018 (previously
July 6, 2018).
Regarding the Contract for Unconventional Resources, the
Operating Profit formula was amended (Annex 3), including a condition
to avoid that the annual operating profit be negative.
As in the Bidding Guidelines for Onshore Contractual Areas, the template CNH
1- Record’s Documents, now includes the information related with
demonstrating the experience, as well as the technical and execution
capabilities established in the prequalification criteria.
